Timothy Salisbury undertakes a wide range of civil work, specialising in Public Inquiries, Commercial Disputes, Personal Injury, and Aviation.

He is able to provide advisory, drafting, and advocacy expertise at all stages of the litigation process. Timothy also has experience of ADR, including mediation.

Having acted in some of the most high-profile public inquiries of the last few years, Timothy is currently instructed as Second Junior Counsel to the Undercover Policing Inquiry and also for a Core Participant in the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry.
