Benjamin Nolan is on the approved Serious Fraud Office Panel of Queen's Counsel. He is a Recorder (part-time circuit judge). Deputy High Court Judge (Queen's Bench Division). As a Bencher of the Middle Temple, he is responsible for the governance of the Inn.
