Position

Zoe specialises in all areas of family law and has experience appearing at all levels up to and including the High Court.
 

Career

Called in 2021. Joined Chambers in 2022. Prior to joining Chambers Zoe was a paralegal at a boutique London law firm, and has previously worked as a tutor and lecturer in law at Kings College London and the School of Oriental and African Studies. Zoe accepts instructions, and acts on behalf of all parties, in all aspects of family law including matrimonial finance, private law children, child abduction and public law children.   Reported Cases FC v WC (Declarations relating to dissolution of French PACS) [2024] EWFC 291 AZ v AG [2023] EWHC 2014 (Fam)- Part III award of £27.4 million
