Gianluca’s background includes inter-jurisdictional corporate, commercial and private equity transactions and London Stock Exchange listings.

Reliable, pragmatic and highly adaptable, throughout his career Gianluca has focused his expertise on companies wishing to develop their businesses and manage risk in the structuring and execution of domestic and international joint ventures, partnerships and general commercial dealings while working with well-known international law firms.

Gianluca is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

He has vast experience working in the UK, Italy, United Arab Emirates and Central Africa.

Gianluca currently has numerous business interests including:

Co-Founding and managing a venture providing new, ground-breaking approaches for the management and conversion of waste to energy, including its subsidiary set up in the DRC – being part of local JV of which he is the co-head - for the purposes of a public private partnership. Founding and managing an entity providing solutions depending on technology as a way of evolution and adaptation in the fields of safety, security and vocational training in Africa and the Middle East. Co-founding an entity which has created a VR platform for education and training with the objective of transcending the possibilities of reality with enhanced training available to all.
