Position
David Allen KC is consistently recognised as one of the English Bar’s top commercial law advocates. He is in high demand as leading counsel in all manner of commercial cases in the London Commercial Court and Court of Appeal as well as in arbitrations. He is a recognised leader in many fields of commercial law including fraud, shareholder disputes, share purchase agreements, banking, energy, infrastructure, shipping, insurance and reinsurance cases.
His practice is London-based mainly in the Commercial Court, but he is frequently instructed to appear overseas most recently in Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands.
