Stephanie has a well established civil practice specialising in personal injury, credit hire, property damage, construction disputes, professional negligence and insurance. She has a particular interest in cases relating to tree root damage.

Stephanie is instructed by leading firms for both Claimants and Defendants.  She is also instructed directly by insurers and will consider acting on a conditional fee arrangement basis.

In addition to drafting and advisory work she has considerable experience of appearing as an advocate in court. She also regularly attends mediations and round table meetings.
