Extensive experience of CIS-related arbitration and litigation (including those involving issues of local substantive and procedural law).

Vice-Chairman of the International Committee of the Bar of England & Wales and its representative for Russia and the CIS; Secretary of the British-Russian and British-Kazakh Law Associations; LCIA (including appointments as arbitrator); and Consultant on legal projects across the CIS, including in relation to the reform of arbitration laws.
