Recent examples include David representing: (i) the directors of an offshore private trust company alleged to have sold a leading French wine chateau at a substantial undervalue; (ii) the sellers of a cutting-edge biotech company alleged to have given fraudulent warranties regarding the clinical status of their product; (iii) a shareholder in a multi-jurisdictional gambling company alleging unlawful dilution of his shareholding.
