Overturned FA Rule K award on remittal following High Court challenge on serious procedural irregularity. Secured dismissal of EFL Club v Club arbitration claim concerning player transfer. Acted for Championship player in disciplinary appeal and related PRDC arbitration. Secured highest ever award for a Manager from Premier League Managers’ Arbitration Tribunal (PLMAT).
