Position

Justin specialises in complex big money cases, difficult jurisdictional issues, cases with Human Rights angles, difficult factual disputes and coercive control. He appears regularly in the leading family cases and is well known for his international work advising in cases in Jersey, Gibraltar, Singapore, Canada, the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong.

He is most often seen in high profile divorces acting either for (or for the spouses of) captains of industry, disrupters, oligarchs, film stars, producers, heiresses and football club owners.

He was recently appointed Deputy High Court Judge.
