Position
Jude is a respected senior junior with extensive experience in complex financial remedies work, including trusts, pensions, and agreements. She has particular expertise in Schedule 1 Children Act claims (and related TOLATA and private law children disputes).
Jude frequently acts as a Private FDR /ENE judge and now as arbitrator (Financial Scheme). She brings to this her many years’ experience as an (all issues) mediator, largely solicitor referred.
