Position

Lily joined chambers as a tenant in October 2013 following the successful completion of her pupillage. Her practice encompasses all areas of private family law, including financial remedies; jurisdiction (including under the EU Maintenance Regulation 2009); recognition of foreign marriages and divorces; non-marriage and nullity; injunctions; enforcement; agreements; private children matters; domestic violence; cohabitants disputes. Lily represented the applicant in Quan v Bray [2014] EWCA 330 (Fam) and the respondent in the appeal in Alyami v Musallam [2012] EWCA Civ 898.
