Position

Isabel's practice focuses particularly on large and technically complex patent cases. Isabel’s practice also covers other areas of intellectual property law including trade marks, passing off, copyright and registered and unregistered design rights. Recent highlights include being the one of the lead advocates representing PanOptis against Apple in the trial and the appeal  dealing with the “unwilling licensee” issue in their ongoing FRAND dispute, representing Abbott against Dexcom in a patent dispute relating to glucose monitoring devices,  and representing Unwired Planet and Conversant in the Supreme Court in their respective FRAND disputes.
