Oliver is a chancery barrister specialising in trusts, estates and property disputes, with a particular emphasis on contentious probate, breach of trust and fiduciary duties, setting aside lifetime transactions, 1975 Act claims and real property related litigation, including constructive trusts, proprietary estoppel and co-ownership disputes. Oliver’s practice also compliments his considerable expertise in the field of pensions, including pensions liberation, amendments to trust deeds, pensions administration, trustee disclosure and the winding up of schemes.
