Position

Dawn specialises in chancert commercial litigation; with particular emphasis on insolvency, comany and civil fraud. She frequently acts in cases involving transaction avoidance, misfeasance and/ or breach of fiduciary duty, claims founded on secondary liability for breach of trust in dishonest assistance and knowing receipt, and wrongful trading. Her practice areas also include cases concerning business sale agreements, shareholder disputes, breach of warranty and guarantees.

Dawn previously acted as Junior Counsel to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy for Directors' Disqualification Directions hearings. This provided Dawn with extensive experience of the duties of directors, particularly in the context of insolvency.

Dawn's aptitude, combined with her practical knowlege and commercial approach to litigation, has proved extremely valuable. Furthermore, Dawn is a skilful and foreceful advocate.
