Position

A commercial chancery barrister, called in 1994, with an advisory and litigation practice primarily focused on company, insolvency and commercial law and with previous high-level professional experience in the field of corporate finance within the investment banking and international business sectors.

Specialising in all aspects of company and insolvency law. His commercial practice covers all types of contractual disputes, commercial fraud and claims relating to the law of agency, guarantees, banking, partnership, professional negligence, breaches of trust and fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment and asset-tracing.

Jonathan appears regularly in the High Court and in the Court of Appeal and is instructed both on short-term matters such as urgent applications for interim injunctive relief and on long-running cases from their inception through to final determination at trial.
