In Nokia v Oneplus and Oppo, Guy Burkill KC acted for the Chinese manufacturer in two separate patent infringements related to various aspects of mobile phone technology. Douglas Campbell KC represented two out of the five claimants in Interdigital v Lenovo & Motorola, a complex dispute before the Patents Court regarding 4G and LTE mobile technology.
