Simon has an established practice focusing on civil litigation court and advisory work – from complex contract and company claims, to property and landlord and tenant disputes. Simon regularly advises the owners of small to medium sized businesses on supplier and customer disputes, company structure and directors duties. As a business owner himself, he understands the needs and demands on a business at a practical level.
