Emma is regularly instructed across the board both for the prosecution and defence. She has extensive experience of all violence and dishonesty offences, from domestic violence to grave wounding and child neglect; robbery to benefit fraud. She has regularly appeared in serious drugs cases, including high value cultivation and supply. Emma has successfully defended in a wide spectrum of rape and other sexual offence cases, including those involving family child members; spouses; mental health issues; historic child complainants; incapacitation through alcohol, violence and indecent images. She is acutely aware of the demands and meticulous care required by such cases both in preparation and presentation in court.
