Position

Jonathan Gavaghan has a busy chancery and commercial practice. He has particular expertise in partnership/LLP, commercial and property litigation in both the High Court and arbitration. Company law (including breach of fiduciary duty claims and shareholder disputes) is a further area in which he specialises.
