Position

Naomi’s practice covers litigation, drafting and advisory work across the full range of commercial chancery and chancery matters, but with particular focus on partnership and LLPs. Her practice also covers probate and trust matters. In her partnership work, Naomi represents clients in litigation (both at hearings and at the settlement stage), advises on internal issues within partnerships/LLPs and undertakes non-contentious advisory and drafting work, both for firms and individuals.

Career

Naomi was called to the bar in 2006 after graduating with a first class degree. She spent the following year working as a research assistant in the Law Commission's Family, Property and Trust Team.
