Position

David has a wide experience in employment disputes, personal injury claims; environmental disputes; health and safety proceedings; inquests and professional liability actions including clinical negligence claims. He regularly advises and acts in disputes in both the county courts and the High Court.

Career

Prior to coming to the bar, David was an academic for many years in the University of Oxford. He has also been a fellow of the Huntington Institute, California. He has considerable experience giving lectures and frequently provides in house seminars for solicitors firms. Called to the Bar 2005.

Education

St John’s College, Oxford (double first). He went on to complete a doctorate in Oxford, having been awarded a scholarship by the British Academy. He has subsequently held four scholarships at Lincoln’s Inn, including the Denning and Bowen scholarships.
