Michael Nicholson

Michael specialises in personal injury cases, acts for both claimants and defendants, has extensive experience of all workplace claims, including victimisation, bullying and stress cases. His practice includes occupational disease cases, product liability and regulatory compliance. He has specific experience in complex highway and tramway cases and was instructed by the Highway Authority in the Sheffield Supertram litigation. Michael frequently represents families at Coroner’s Inquests
