Position
Liz has a busy practice specialising in all aspects of family law relating to children, with a particular interest in cases with an international element. Liz represents clients at all stages of proceedings and appears independently at all levels of Court, up to and including the High Court.
She has particular experience representing parties in cases involving serious and complex allegations of abuse, as well as cases involving alienating behaviour and implacable hostility. Regarding international family law, she regularly appears in complex international child abduction matters, concerning both Hague and non-Hague Convention countries, independently and as junior counsel.
