Amelia joined 2 Dr Johnson’s Buildings in October 2021 following the successful completion of her pupillage. Amelia predominantly practices criminal law and is regularly instructed by both the prosecution and defence. She appears the Crown, Magistrates’ and youth courts on a daily basis.
Amelia also undertakes regulatory work on behalf of Social Work England.
Prior to pupillage, Amelia worked for an anti-slavery charity which provides support to victims of human trafficking and campaigned for policy reform both in the U.K. and abroad. She has a special interest in cases involving the NRM.
