Position

Ben is a property law specialist and heads up the Five Paper Landlord & Tenant Group. He undertakes work in all areas of property litigation with a particular interest in residential leasehold matters concerning service charges and leasehold enfranchisement, and real property disputes involving boundaries, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and easements.
