Donald Broatch has lectured on topics arising from his specialist areas of practice, including the European Convention on Human Rights, judicial review, and homelessness. He has recently given a lecture at Central Law Training on public law defences and conducted a seminar for local authority and social housing lawyers on the Public Sector Equality Duty in the Equality Act 2010.
