Position
Alan specialises exclusively in personal injury and clinical negligence and is instructed by Claimants and Defendants.
Before coming to the Bar he practiced as a Clinical Pharmacist. Alan is able to apply his legal and clinical background when dealing with both personal injury and clinical negligence cases. He has invaluable experience in conducting conferences with medical and other clinical experts. Alan is a safe pair of hands when co-ordinate a case with multiple clinical disciplines.
Alan regularly undertakes JSM’s in high value settlements. He has an amicable disposition, is approachable and client focused. Alan is consistently able to grasp complex details within a case and explain the issues in a meaningful way to reassure clients.
