David Wilby

David Wilby QC is a barrister who specialises in Personal Injury, Professional Negligence and Clinical Negligence.

The only personal injury Barrister to be listed in The Lawyer Hot 100, 2010, Mr Wilby QC won Outstanding Case of the Year at The Personal Injury Awards 2009 for his work on the landmark birth defects case, Corby.
