Cait specialises in commercial and chancery litigation. She is often instructed in general commercial and company disputes, both in the High Court and County Court. She also deals with consumer credit, banking and asset finance and is regularly instructed by several banks and finance houses.
Cait also has a particular interest in all aspects of property litigation. She accepts instructions in the following areas:
- Adverse possession, boundary disputes, easements and covenants as well as disputes concerning co-ownership of land and proprietary estoppel;
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes;
- Mortgages and accounts;
- Property taxation including non-domestic business rates;
- Charging orders and orders for sale.
