Recent cases include: R v Zardad (the first war crimes to be heard in the United Kingdom); Operation Fusion (a bank fraud investigated by the Anti-Terrorist Squad at Scotland Yard); Operation Sepulchre (a drug smuggling conspiracy resulting in the largest Class A importations into the North West).
