Career
Joe has experience in all areas of private family law, with an emphasis on financial remedies (including actions under Schedule 1, TOLATA and Part III). Has a particular interest in cases involving businesses, tax issues, pensions and enforcement. Commended by Cohen J for his “conspicuous skill” in Radseresht v Radseresht-Spain [2017] EWHC 2932 (Fam) and increasingly led as a junior in so-called ‘big money’ cases. Other cases of note include RC v JC [2020] EWHC 466 (Fam), Kliers v Kliers [2020] EWHC 1026 (Fam) and Shokrollah-Babaee v Shokrollah-Babaee [2019] EWHC 2975 (Fam). Brings a personable, pragmatic and high energy approach to all of his cases, and is passionate about his work.
