Oliver Wise

Oliver’s main areas of work are financial remedies and professional negligence, especially in relation to family law; but he has extensive experience of a broad range of common law work. He has a particular interest in cases that involve more than one area of the law. He is recommended as a leading junior in family work in ‘Legal Experts’. Interesting cases: Johnson v Unisys [2003] 1 AC 518 (HL); R v LSC ex p.
