Liz practises exclusively in family law, with a particular emphasis on ‘big money’ ancillary relief cases, usually conducted before the High Court or in the CFC. Her work frequently involves complicated issues relating to trusts, companies, taxation and conflict of laws, and often has an international element. She has acted for trustees and companies in matrimonial cases.
