Specialism in restraint and confiscation including Supreme Court advocacy in Andrewes, third party interests and advising professional trustees holding tainted assets.  Prosecution and defence of private prosecutions. Extensive experience of Suspect Activity Reports and whether and how to make a report. Seeking compensation from law enforcement following flawed regulatory action.
