Position

Kassie Smith QC is one of the Bar’s leading specialists in competition, EU and regulatory litigation.

Kassie regularly appears in  the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, in the UK, as well as in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. She has also developed an international practice, working in jurisdictions from the Channel Islands to the BVI to Hong Kong, as well as in various high-value, international arbitrations. She has appeared in over 30 cases before the European Court of Justice. Before taking silk in 2013, she was a member of the Attorney General’s A Panel.
