Position

Areas of work include defamation, privacy, malicious falsehood, contempt, reporting restrictions, copyright, data protection, freedom of information, OFCOM and PCC unions regulatory issues and common law. Advises a wide variety of book, newspaper, magazine and online publishers, corporations and prominent individuals. Particular interest in technological aspects of media law. A contributor to ‘Gatley on Libel and Stander’ and ‘The Law of Privacy and the Media’.
