Sebastian practises clinical negligence, personal injury and employment law.  He is also an experienced inquest advocate regularly acting on behalf of families, NHS Trusts and healthcare professionals in cases involving highly complex medical issues.  He regularly acts in cases where Article 2 is engaged.

Sebastian has acted in hundreds of employment tribunals and appears regularly in the EAT, within internal disciplinary processes and in the Court of Appeal.  He has considerable experience of complex and high value discrimination and victimisation claims, and particular expertise in claims involving complex medical issues.
