David specialises in education law, public law and all areas of local government services.
He has been a leading practitioner in education law for some years. David is regularly involved in judicial reviews concerning schools, universities and local authorities. His practice involves many cases concerning special educational needs including Education, Health and Care Plans.
He is also a recognised practitioner in local government public law. He has particular experience of social and health care for vulnerable people in need of a high level of public services.
