Position
Simon is a healthcare law and medical mal-practice specialist. His practise encompasses all aspects of this specialism including clinical and dental negligence, regulation and professional discipline of all healthcare professionals – including internal proceedings and proceedings before the national regulators, inquests and inquiries, and advisory work. Additionally, Simon has a substantial product liability practice, including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, medical products and surgical prostheses.
