Position

Chris’ practice covers all areas of intellectual property law as well as commercial disputes with an IP element. Experience includes confidential information in quantitative trading platforms and strategies, patents for gaming devices, unregistered and registered designs covering the Trunki children’s suitcase and goodwill in logos appearing on shoes. Chris appears regularly as sole counsel in the High Court, UK IPO and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court. He has also appeared as sole counsel in the European Patent Office and the Company Names Tribunal and as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal and in commercial arbitrations under the LCIA and ICC Rules.
