Cathy has practised exclusively in Family law since 1990. She represents parents and children in all aspects of public and private law in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in cases which have involved chronic neglect, non-accidental injury, death of children, sexual abuse, genetic testing and implacable hostility.
She specialises in the representation of vulnerable, fragile and learning-disabled parents.
