Nina is a specialist family law (children) practitioner. In public law matters Nina is regularly instructed by parents, guardians, local authorities, other family members and interveners. She has a particular interest in cases involving complex medical matters – head injuries, fractures, genetic conditions, poisoning. She is known for her client-friendly approach and careful preparation.

Nina is very experienced in care cases involving alleged inflicted injuries, abuse, chronic neglect, and clients with learning difficulties. She also has experience of cases involving cross-examination of children and has delivered seminars on Re W applications (children giving evidence). Her other particular interest lies with representing young persons.
