Kate regularly acts for individuals and local authorities in a wide range of Family Court matters. She is recognised as a determined advocate who will "fight to the end" for her client.

Her private law work includes; residence, contact, prohibited steps, injunctions and finding of fact hearings. Kate conducts public law cases for individual and institutional clients at all levels up to and including the High Court.

Kate is equally confident in financial cases and offers expert advice and representation throughout the process from FDA to final hearing.
