Practises almost exclusively in the field of personal injury and clinical negligence. Practice is predominantly claimant-based and he enjoys a high volume of trades union work, comprising advice and advocacy in most varieties of industrial accident and disease. Described in the ‘Chambers & Partners’ directory as being a ‘leader in the field’ and has ‘widespread peer approval’.
