Kayleigh has a broad chancery commercial practice spanning all of chambers’ core practice areas. She also has a particular interest in cases with an international element.

Kayleigh regularly appears as a sole advocate in the First-Tier Tribunal, County Court and High Court. She is also comfortable being led and being instructed as part of a team.

Kayleigh has a busy court practice, with experience of conducting hearings at all stages of the court process to include: CMC’s and CCMCs, interim hearings such as strike out / summary judgment applications, injunctions, and pre-action disclosure applications, PTR’s, trials and appeals. She also regularly represents clients at mediations.

Kayleigh also welcomes instructions for pleadings and advice across all areas of chambers’ commercial and chancery practice group.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Kayleigh worked for a legal expenses insurer assessing the prospects of potential claims and for a solicitors firm where she worked closely alongside a partner on a high value civil fraud claim.
