Notable reported cases include: Royal Commonwealth Society for the Blind v Beasant [2021] EWHC 2315 (Ch); Roberts v Fresco [2017] EWHC 283 (Ch); Randall v Randall [2014] EWHC 3134 (Ch), [2016] EWCA Civ 494; and two decisions in Re Z [2018] EWHC 1488 (Ch) and [2019] EWCOP 55.
