A busy common law practitioner who is well used to dealing with complex high-value claims such as catastrophic injuries. Main areas of work include: employers’ liability, public liability, product liability, road traffic accidents, sports injury and insurance/reinsurance disputes. In addition, he undertakes health and safety cases, RACMSA work and Privy Council appeals. Court and advisory work is undertaken nationwide.
