Position

Paige’s main specialisms are clinical negligence and personal injury, complemented by notable experience in product liability and private international law. She has a particular interest in cases with complex questions of causation and quantum and those which stand at the boundary of different practice areas.

Paige is an experienced trial advocate who regularly represents clients in the High Court, County Court and in settlement negotiations. She is frequently instructed to advise in complex and high-value matters, both as a Junior and as Sole Counsel, and has considerable experience in handling large volumes of technical and medical expert evidence. Paige is recognised for her perceptive analysis of cases and ability to deal tactfully with sensitive issues and difficult witnesses.

Career

Prior to being called to the Bar in 2017, Paige read for undergraduate and Masters’ degrees in Law at Emmanuel College, Cambridge where she received a number of scholarships and prizes. She also previously worked as a Course Tutor in Land Law and Equity and Trusts at the London School of Economics.
