Crime and Family Department
Miss Gilchrist was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Inner Temple in July 2015 and successfully completed pupillage in October 2017.
Crime
Miss Gilchrist acts for both the Prosecution and Defence in a number of areas of criminal law both in the Magistrates and the Crown Court.
Family
Miss Gilchrist has acted for the Local Authority in a number of interim case management hearings and interim removal cases. She has also undertaken a number of private law children applications.
